This Company has represented us on 3 separate occasions (so far), all of which have been great. We have received excellent professional service with constant updates, keeping us informed at all stages. They have shown that they are not only fair to the landlord but to the tenants as well. Their eye for detail is unquestionable and they are easy to work with. Especially Isabella and Kate, they stand out as exceptional team members who looked after our best interest at all times, however I have not met with many of the other staff but am sure they are just as good. I would highly recommend them.

We initially brought through Downton and decided on keeping them to manage our rental property after the great experience we had purchasing. It was the best decision we made, the staff are amazing and couldn’t fault any advice we’ve received. Good communication when maintenance issues arise so we were able to rectify promptly for our tenants. Wouldn’t deal with anyone else in Hobart.
