About Kylie

Kylie joins Downton Property with 10 years experience in Property Management. Her first role in the industry was with a company that managed rentals only. She was in charge of a large portfolio and this allowed her to appreciate the importance of process and procedures very quickly. Throughout her career Kylie has enjoyed leading and working with some fantastic teams and with wonderful clients, both tenants and owners. Her number one priority is effective communication. She understands it is imperative to communicate efficiently and clearly so all parties are on the same page. Another of Kylie’s passions is sport. She has played semi professional Basketball for the majority of her life and has also taken up local Football. Her success in sport has mirrored her success in property. She is a great leader, a great team mate, she works hard, she shows respect to all of those around her and she is continually training to always be at the top of her game. You can be assured when you transition your business to Downton Property with Kylie leading the team you are dealing with a true professional. In her spare time, she is a mum to 3 boys & 1 amazing New Foundland dog called Darcy. Her love of Basketball has filtered through the family and all three boys are heavily involved in sport. Kylie loves nothing more than watching, coaching and supporting them. Always by her side helping her out with the boys is her amazing fiancé, after being together for 12 years she is very excited and looking forward to getting married next year.

Kelly is passionate about the property industry and prides herself on delivering the highest levels of professional standards and customer service. She has many years of extensive Residential Property Management experience having worked for a local agency where she managed up to 180 properties in a single residential portfolio. She is very excited to be working with Downton Property and she is looking forward to assisting you in all matters of Property Management & to support you in building your investment portfolio.

Nick is a newly appointed Assistant Portfolio Manager at Downton property, working alongside Kelly, the Senior Portfolio Manager. He brings 12 years of extensive experience from the hospitality industry, where Nick honed his skills in customer service, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. This diverse background equips him with a unique perspective and a client-focused approach to property management, ensuring landlord and tenant satisfaction and operational excellence. Nick’s role involves enhancing owner and tenant relationships, optimising property operations, and contributing to portfolio growth. Passionate about sports, engaging in bouldering and freediving, activities that sharpen his problem-solving abilities and mental resilience. Bouldering helps him think strategically, while freediving teaches him to stay calm under pressure and push his limits. Driven by a desire to learn and adapt, Nick is excited to leverage his diverse skill set in real estate, aiming to make a significant impact and achieve sustainable growth in the industry.

Property manager review

Downton Property recently leased our investment property, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Kelly and Georgina kept us informed at every step, found us good tenants, and the tenancy has started really well. When a small maintenance issue came up early on, Georgina got onto it quickly and checked with us before arranging the repair, which is exactly the kind of communication we want from a property manager. We’re happy to keep working with the team and would recommend them to other owners.

Professional, efficient, friendly, responsive, good communication.

The team was professional and timely with their communication. There were issues outside of their control regarding settlement of another property which delayed the exit of previous tenants, but the team handled it well, kept me informed and did the best for everyone involved.

The best agents

The agents at Downton property are professional yet down to earth and approachable. What I like best is that there isn't any 'attitude', they all have great work ethic and do their best to help you, while always being good communicators. They are a great alternative to the other 'big' companies who might look glossy but don't deliver, or if they do, it is highly impersonal. I highly recommend Downton Property to manage any business related to your property.
