It was a pleasure dealing with Nat and Hamish recently on the sale of my property. I have been interstate and they made the whole process straightforward and seamless. Good advice when required regarding appropriate pricing and a successful result!

After having my property listed with another agency for over 3 months, Nat and Hamish came on board and sold my house within 2 weeks. They achieved an outstanding result given the challenges they were presented with. Their communication was outstanding and no problem was too big or too small. Nat and Hamish made me feel like I wasn't 'just another number' which was certainly refreshing compared to my previous experience. Their professionalism is to be commended. I would highly recommend Nat and Hamish to sell your property.

We recently purchased this property with Nat's great help. As a first home buyer ,we are lacking of knowledge for everything. Nat provided a lot of useful information and advice even help through the whole house settlement process. We like her work style. She is straightforward and professional to her client , hard working and dedicated to her job. We really enjoy the service she provided and look forward to cooperate with her again soon in the future.

Our investment property was top of the market for the suburb and was always going to be of limited appeal, in a turning market and a tough sale. We needed tough agents thanks Natalie & Hamish

Nat really made buying my first place a good one. Always replied to enquiries, even one’s not related to the sale itself.

As usual Nat & Hamish were on top of the sale from the start. I was kept updated at all times through to the completion of sale. Would strongly recommend Downton Property for sales, purchases and property management.
