Thanks to Natalie (and Hamish), our property was sold within days of being listed, and for an unbelievable price. Communication was excellent and we were kept in the loop the whole time.

Nat sold our last property and we knew that we would not even look at another agent. Nat would have to be the most genuine, professional and truly passionate and knowledgeable person on selling real estate that we have dealt with over the many years of buying and selling. We highly recommend Nat and her team without any hesitation, and look forward to future dealings with Nat. Terry & Sue

After short listing 3 agents to sell our property in West Hobart , I was totally confused . Who should I go with? A friend suggested a 4th agent to sell our property. I called Nat Downton after this suggestion, and was so glad I did. From the get go, Nat came across as a genuine soul , not pushy, but very professional at the same time. I felt the sale of our home of nearly 60 years would be in good hands and I was right. Her confidence and easy going nature shone through to potential purchasers , and as a result our home sold quickly and well above our expected selling price. The whole sale was drama free and happened just as Nat had promised in her first report to us after the initial appraisal. I have no hesitation in recommending Nat at Nat Downton Agency to sell your home.

Much appreciated for your all great assistance and support for my purchase of this ideal unit. Particularly thanks to Hamish who arranged the inspection shortly after I requested, and who is always easy to contact for any queries and helps. It’s very lucky for me to get my first home through Downtown Property.

Natalie, and her assistant Hamish, went above and beyond to achieve a record price for our unit. Our first open home was booked on the weekend the government announced our 3 day snap lock down. Even with 3 days taken out of our campaign, our unit sold within 6 days, with multiple offers. Nat and Hamish worked hard to get buyers through, working within the lock down rules. Nat never Leaves any stone unturned to achieve the best for her client.
