Nat was amazing from the get go. She went out of her way to allow us to view the property at a time that worked for us. She was easy to deal with and completely on the ball with everything. Would highly recommend Nat and would happily work with her in the future.

Our experience working with Nat has been amazing from start to finish. In a difficult situation Nat has provided support, knowledge and a wonderful attitude that always made us feel positive about selling the house. Nats knowledge of the market made us feel secure in moving forward and we had lot's of interest due to her connection to the area and potential buyers. We were very happy with the final price we received. We always felt Nat and her team had our best interest at heart and we would recommend Nat and her team to anyone looking at buying or selling their house.

This is the second time in 3 years Natalie and her Downton Property team have sold a house for us. They are an efficient and professional organisation that made me feel they had our best interests at heart as we negotiated the market and what would be the best way to present our property to buyers. Natalie looks after her clients and produces the goods. The advertising process used by Downton Property certainly draws in potential buyers. We had numerous people view the property on the ‘open home’ day as well the following day. Natalie kept us informed throughout the process of offers being made on the property. The property sold in 5 days. Well done Downton Property and thank you Natalie.

Natalie was recommended to me as an exceptional agent, and as I was selling I should meet her and discuss the sale. I was not disappointing. Natalie was very efficient and professional. Her knowledge of my area and the market was outstanding. I was particularly pleased with her assessment of my house and and what I should or should not do assist with the sale. Her honesty and knowledge was refreshing and saved me time and money. Natalie controlled everything regarding the sale and in a very short period of time had multiple offers. Including one above my expectations, which became a sale. Exceptional service, knowledge and result. Thank you Natalie
