Engaging Downton Realestate and Natalie to sell my property was a pleasant experience, with Natalie’s market knowledge of properties in our area and the way she communicated the process to me made me feel at ease. Natalie communicated with me during the whole process and always kept me updated. I found this professionalism was way above my expectation.

Nat and her team were fantastic to deal with when buying our first home. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them, answering our queries and concerns, offering us advice and support and Hamish made numerous trips to the house for us to look through. Thanks again team we are so pleased to be in our new home.

We were leaving our investment property through another agent, after consulting with Nat's property leasing team we learnt we were close to $80 pw under market value. That was the start of our dealings and we haven't looked back. When we decided to sell we had to to fund our home renovation - covid hit. Nat kept us updated and sold our house in 3 weeks which was incredible in the environment we were in. 7 weeks on most of the houses that were put on still haven't sold. If you're looking to sell Nat is your woman - she got a great price and sold quickly. Thanks Nat

Throughout our lengthy and extremely complicated sale due to a deceased estate, Natalie showed us the utmost compassion and patience. Natalie went over and above with her customer service whilst we negotiated this difficult time and we could not have been happier with her professionalism.

Natalie came highly recommended and certainly met high the expectations I had been led to expect! Natalie was professional, efficient, proactive, easy to deal with and got a great result. What more could you ask for. I’ve dealt with many agents over the years and admit l’m not easily impressed but I have no hesitation recommending Natalie and Hamish.
