Excellent communication and professional

Very responsive with inspections and communications related - we were able to get the property we loved and it's been a seamless process getting into our rental. The team were super helpful and professional, my partner and I have had the best experience during a very stressful time. Excellent customer service and care

Ian Jung was one out of over 50 agents that actually took the time to read my story and understand my situation and cared enough to personally call me to discuss everything. Ian was so kind and helpful and very professional and without him I would not have been able to find a beautiful rental house in QLD. I will for ever be grateful to Ian for making me feel heard, understood and supported. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
