As first-time vendors we were nervous and unsure about selling our home so we met with a few agents before meeting Josh. He put us at ease straight away. He was honest and down to earth, explaining how everything would work and gave us great advice on how to market our property. We sold in a very high-demand market and other agents had the attitude of “it will sell quickly to the best offer” but Josh was truly passionate about our property and made the effort regardless of the market. I can honestly say Josh went above and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. Our house sold within a week of being on the market for more than we’d hoped, with multiple offers on the table.
