My partner & I met Jay whilst looking at a house we stumbled across by chance (which ended up being the house we fell in love with & bought). Being first time homebuyers, we were very green to the whole experience but Jay's warmth & charisma made what can be a very scary time, somewhat more relaxed. Jay even stayed back late to call & tell us we were successful in getting the house, just so we didn't have to wait until the following day. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone. Thanks Jay.
