Jay turned selling my mother's property into an amazing positive experience. Jay has a cheerful and optimistic nature, and coupled with his considerable expertise as a real estate agent he made the whole process enjoyable. Jay was so reassuring with my elderly Mum, and patient and understanding with my sister and I, explaining everything, and at all times being honest and transparent. On top of this, he sold the property for more that the top of our expected range, and very quickly, too, in spite of lockdown. We were so lucky to find him.

Jay gave a great appraisal of the house and helped us decide on the advertised range. He was always friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, down to earth, does what he says and gave great advice. He and Shenay sold the house for a great price in 10 days, unfortunately the buyer pulled out within his 3 days 'cooling off', which left us disheartened. Jay was great and was always very positive and passed on his positivity to us. Shortly after, he sold the house again for a better price. He was fantastic and exceeded all our expectations. It was a very smooth experience for us and he took all the stress out of the process. He got a great price for our house and surprised us with that. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him.
