This was our first time selling a house and we were doing it from interstate. Jay was engaged, informative and highly responsive. From the initial point of contact to our house being advertised was less than a week, and then our house was sold a week later. Jay organised everything, from contact with our property managers and tenants to conveyancing, and kept us informed at every step of the journey, initiating contact with us whenever a milestone was approaching or there were any delays. He never left us wondering what was happening or what was coming next, was always available to speak to and never made us feel like he had something else he could be doing instead of answering our questions to the fullest. If we didn’t know better we could’ve sworn we were his only clients. And to top all this off he achieved a fantastic result for us, exceeding our expectations for both time on the market and sale price. Couldn’t rate Jay highly enough.
