We bought our house through Jay and then Sold through Jay and Shenay. We found him and his team to be hard working, super responsive and in touch with everything that is going on in the market. When buying he was fair and not pushy. He was helpful with organising extra inspections just so we were 100%. When selling he gave us a reasonable price range and achieved what he said he would within a week. No BS and no sleazy tactics. Jay, Shenay and the team are definately good at what they do and get great results for all involved. Yes you may save a few bucks with some cheap agent or sell yourself websites but Save yourself the headaches if your selling and use Jay and the team. Worth it 100%!

We can't imagine our first home buying experience without Jay. He is very approachable, always has a warm smile to relax you in the inevitable stress which comes with the buying process. He was always professional, always replied to our questions in a timely manner and was respectfully honest in his answers. Some other real estate agents would try to take advantage of the fact we didn't know how everything worked. However, Jay was super understanding and talked us through the process step by step. He even went above and beyond by going to the house after we had purchased to measure spaces so we could take advantage of Black Friday sales for our white-goods. The experience was fun, which will be a positive memory we will have forever. One day when we are ready to sell, we will be giving Jay a call :)
