We listed our home with Jay some time ago and we were not able to sell in the first instance. However based on professional and courteous conduct of Jay we listed our home again after nearly a year for the second time with him and just sold the property through him. We found him to be very punctual, organised and honest with his conduct which is contrary to perception of a real estate agent in general. From our first phone call and meeting, to the final sale of my late father's house, Jay has been exceptional. I mean it. He is honest, doesn't create false hopes and calls a spade a spade. This doesn't mean he wasn't positive, he is very positive, but he won't build up an unrealistic price expectation in your head about a hopeful sale price - he really knows what things are selling for in the area, so he can give you a very real idea of what you can expect. He made time to see me whenever I requested it, he also answered my calls or replied very promptly. He really focuses on building a relationship with his clients, and I can honestly say it was a very easy relationship with him throughout this rather trying time.
