We found art very professional and helpful. She was very nice , prompt and good negotiator. Once lockdown announced she got a few offers presented to us to choose before auction. We are over the moon with the sale of our home over our expectation. Highly recommended Art. Very happy seller.

Very happy we decided to go with Jaymee from Area Specialists. We were originally told elsewhere that the price we were hoping for would be reaching, however it's what we ended up getting only after a month of the property being listed. We could not have hoped for a better outcome! Very appreciative of her hard work and determination go above and beyond to help us achieve our goals.
