As a first home buyer I was in uncharted waters when it came to purchasing my first property but Jaymee made the whole process very easy. She was very professional. There was great communication every step of the way and it was a pleasure doing business with her. I only have words of praise for Jaymee and her team at Area Specialist.

Jaymee not only has a great negotiation skill to convince us to trust her and sign the listing contract, but also (most importantly) has used that skill to convince buyers to pay the best price for our property. She created a win-win situation when both vendor and buyer are happy with the purchase. Jaymee, Nadia and Michael Choi form a perfect team for a perfect auction result. Thanks to Area Specialist team.

Jaymee was recommended to us. We did speak with other agents before speaking with Jaymee and chose her because of her knowledge, enthusiasm, clear communication and of course, her wonderful reputation. As first time sellers we needed lots of guidance. Jaymee was with us every step of the way. We were delighted with the result, which surpassed all of our expectations. Thank you Jaymee. Definitely recommending you to others in future.

She always kept us well informed as to what was happening and what was needed from us, always being very respectful to our needs and our home. Her thorough knowledge of the area allowed her to price the property attractively, and her advice on how to best present the property was very valuable. Highly recommended!

Dee Kawsar and his team were very professional and handled the inspections and auction of my property in a very timely and efficient manner. The advertising of the property presented very well and resulted in a large amount of prospective purchasers inspecting the property. Overall, they helped make a possibly stressful experience much easier than I expected.

I highly recommend Art as your go to agent, it was a pleasure in dealing with her throughout the sale process. She is very professional and knowledgeable in the real estate market. She was prompt with her replies on all my queries and she would always follow up when she needed to verify things with the vendor. Art allowed us extra time to inspect without being hurried was really appreciative. The property was professionally presented and inviting, well done Art your team did a great job at the auction and having a free coffee van before the auction was a nice touch.

Art had a keen eye to be able see value in our property. She gave us excellent suggestions on how to showcase our property to its full potential. Her communication skills are excellent and she was able to calm my emotions that went up and down (as is normal while selling property). Art went beyond the call of duty and kept us posted and we didn’t have to chase her updates. It was a pleasure working with Art that we have her our second priority to sell.
