Right from the start the gentle and caring way Ben Trinh lead us through the sale of my parents home of over 49 years was outstanding. The small tips he gave us showed that he knew what he was doing. Advising us on what we needed to do to get the home ready and giving us a realistic idea on where the house sat in the current market. Over a two month period we came to trust Ben and the valuable information he was giving us. The house was only on the market for three weeks and on the auction day I saw an experienced team go into battle for us, getting a great price for a very tired old home. Michael the auctioner was entertaining, informative and at times hilariously funny and very efficient at what he did. Ben and Lily knew the prospective buyers and worked tirelessly to achieve an outstanding result on the day. Andy was a great communicator, very clear and transparent, always keeping us up to date with how the campaign was progressing and involving us in all decisions. Andy was always available via phone at all hours or returned calls promptly. Andy did overestimate the value of the property - there was a big gap between his initial verbal valuation to the eventual selling price. However I think this would have been avoided if the property was seen beforehand but I realise this would have been difficult because of the tenancy agreement. Overall Andy was very professional, clear and kind and he worked very hard for us and put everything he had into marketing and selling the property, keeping us in the loop regarding new information and changes the whole time.
