I believe it is valuable for all the property owners. The in-house inspections have always been arranged properly and regularly. That makes me comfortable. I would like to share my recent experience of letting out my apartment in South Brisbane. back in 2021 I had trouble letting it out due to close down, and I was not confident to increase the rent this year when the lease is finished.
