I stumbled across Arena when we were unfortunately forced to leave our former rental because the owners decided to sell. The application was quick and easy and we were immediately given personal contact details of everyone we needed to deal with. The process was easy, quick and through the course of our tenancy were always kept well informed of inspections, maintenance etc. I would highly recommend Arena to anyone looking for a reputable agency, and definitely go through them again should the need arise. Very personable and always available when I needed to contact them, whatever the reason.
