The administration of the rental and our property has been okay however, I refer to a matter where I was receiving text messages for a utilities bill (Water) from GWW yet I havent setuo an account with GWW nor signed any agreement for the service. I also beleive that all utilities is the responsibility of the Tenant...? However, I have requested ARG to look int this and advise why the water service is not registered (and paid for) by the tenants. This has been going on for weeks and I still havent received a reply.
