Big thank you to Kirsty from ARG. With her great knowledge of the area she was able to market the property a get an amazing outcome with the rental return. Few small issues with the new build and she organised contractors to resolve the issues. Also great to chat to her about the area as I’m based in Melbourne. If you require a property manager I would not hesitate to recommend Kirsty and ARG Thx Phil and Liv

ARG Property Management

I can’t speak highly enough of ARG and Kirsty in particular. She has been amazing with communication and helping us with this process making it as smooth as she possibly can, taking all the stress away from me. Kirsty is extremely efficient with returning emails and phone calls. I’m so grateful I found her and now have her managing both of our properties.

ARG has been a fantastic property manager. Kirsty goes above and beyond and is a great communicator. Definitely the best property manager I’ve worked with in Brisbane!

Sophie is our agent and has managed our property very well. Considering ours is a new build that we havnt personally seen, Sophie has been our eyes and ears and intermediary between builders, landscape, tenants and provides insights such as having personally driven past it and kept an eye out. Thankyou Sophie.
