From our first meeting with Arkley and co, we have had professionalism and great communication. Katrina, Kim and Taylor found us suitable tenants and have kept us informed of any issues and concerns. Living interstate, we are grateful for them taking great care of our property.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we receive from Arkley & Co. They are an excellent company to work with, always professional, friendly, and excellent communicators. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they go above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Taylor is a wonderful property manager. She was fantastic in securing new tenants for us so quickly, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the efficiency, care, and dedication shown throughout the process. We highly recommend Arkley & Co to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely caring property management team.

I’ve had a great experience working with Arkley. They are excellent communicators, always quick to respond and easy to reach. I have had contractors come through the property to undertake work and Taylor has smoothly managed this process. Nothing has been too much trouble. If you're looking for a responsive, professional, and easy to work with agency, I’d highly recommend them.
