Tanaya provided a very thorough and detailed handover for the new tenancy lease. She was also very helpful and accommodating in being able to meet with me outside of normal office hours when arranging for the collection of keys. The welcome gift was also appreciated.

I’ve dealt with some truly awful property managers in the past, so my expectations were honestly pretty low. Kayla has completely changed that experience. She has been nothing but helpful, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire process of moving new tenants into my property after my old tenants left the place in a questionable state. Even when Kayla has been unavailable, she has made sure everything was still taken care of, with Tanaya stepping in to ensure my tenants were moving into a clean and well-prepared property. That level of care and follow-through is rare and genuinely appreciated. I have even heard from my new tenant how thrilled they have been with their experience with Kayla, after having bad experiences in the past with property managers at other agencies. It’s been such a relief to work with a team that actually communicates, takes ownership, and clearly cares about both landlords and tenants. This is our third property now under the management of Harcourts Signature Rosny Park.
