Tanaya provided a very thorough and detailed handover for the new tenancy lease. She was also very helpful and accommodating in being able to meet with me outside of normal office hours when arranging for the collection of keys. The welcome gift was also appreciated.

I’ve dealt with some truly awful property managers in the past, so my expectations were honestly pretty low. Kayla has completely changed that experience. She has been nothing but helpful, attentive, and proactive throughout the entire process of moving new tenants into my property after my old tenants left the place in a questionable state.
