He was direct and honest when he valued our home; even though we were looking at different agents to choose from at that stage. He gave great advise on sprucing up our place to get the best sale price. He knew how to utilize his database and drive demand in the property to create competition among potential buyers. He helped provide advice on the property we were buying despite it not being his listing. His communication was excellent. After only two open homes and two weeks on the market he had multiple offers and a buyer for us! He also helped negotiate the price we needed to move in and to navigate a difficult buyer. 3 years ago we bought a property in Coolangatta where Sandi was the selling agent. We were living in WA at the time so much of our time we were communicating via phone and email. Sandi was absolutely wonderful and made the whole process so easy and her fabulous demeanour got us the apartment for the price we wanted to pay. Now after 3 years, upon moving back to NZ, Sandi has sold our property and again we were not around for paperwork and not always available by phone but again she worked for us and got the sale done. It was on the market for less than 24 hours and she brought the right person through who loved it. Sandi is a wonderful listener and took on board what we wanted when we were buying and guided us through the sale procedure. I was referred to Glen by my chemist, Linda Plumb at Terranora. And after the sale of my mother's home, I can recommend Glen from first hand experience. He is a friendly, positive person who brings a lot of energy to the task of showing the home to all interested parties, with very short notice if necessary in order to meet the needs of a potential buyer. His advice regarding preparation for the sale was very good and he referred me to an excellent painter as part of the home improvements he recommended. He is an excellent communicator, providing regular updates of open house or individual showings. And if you need to speak to him he will take calls at any time or will get back to you promptly if he is busy.

She has great local knowledge of the market and was able to assist my wife and I select an apartment at Kirra Beach which we have been very happy with. It was our first time living in an Apartment and Sandi’s guidance was spot on in terms of what we would be comfortable with. She is warm and friendly, high energy, and above all very trustworthy.
