We went with an Auction program with Glen due to the extra interest expected to be generated by a Heritage listed residence. In the first 4 weeks before auction Glen presented us with three offers from people interested in buying before auction. We accepted the highest offer which was above expectation but it fell through one week before auction when the purchaser did not come up with his deposit. We chose to continue on to auction and although there was a good crowd in attendance and a good auctioneer, we just missed out on the reserve price we set. Three weeks after auction, Glen brought us an excellent offer which we accepted and settled on time, 30 days later. The price achieved was at the top of the range estimated by Glen and ourselves independently. We were very impressed with Glen.

I first met Sandi a few days after requesting a valuation of my property. She was courteous and very knowledgeable of the area having sold several apartments already in my building over the past year. Sandi went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations - She sold my apartment without it even being on the market and in such a short time frame! I cannot speak highly enough of John Rankin and his collegue Paddy. As I live in another state and bought the property over the internet I really needed someone to manage the purchase and all the inspections, tradesmen quotes and to do some measurements for me. Firstly John was able to negotiate a price and terms I was happy with and I'm guessing the seller was too. Nothing was too much trouble and they really went out of their way to organise things for me. They were also able to provide me with a list of trademen as I was pushed for time and distance was a huge barrier. Everyone they recommenced was reasonably priced, efficent and did a great job. John and the team were always really responsive and communicated promptly and kept me updated. Throughout the whole process I felt I could l call and and ask anything and get an answer the same day. Buying can be really stressful as you are investing precious money and taking a risk ( particularly when you haven't viewed the property yourself!!!! ) but John eliminated any of my concerns and I never felt it was just to get a sale, I always felt like a valued client and was given the 5 star treatment but there was alot of integrety. I will be using their firm to rent out my property now I own it. Thankyou again heaps for all your help.

Glen really did go to infinity and beyond. With his personal assistance and advice we were able to achieve an excellent outcome for not only me ,but for the new purchasers as well in what was a slightly out of the ordinary sale.
