Auther has expert knowledge about the local market, and leased the property on the first weekend, achieved higher than expected rent. Highly recommended if you need property management in the area.

Arthur was more than helpful in finding me a Rental apartment. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find me a great apartment that fit right in my price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Arthur made the nightmare that is finding an Apartment in Sydney a breeze!
