I selected Moira at Ray White as she had the right balance of sales and service, balanced with a genuine, transparent approach. I found some agents I spoke to were too salesy and not listening, but simply continually doing a one-way pitch, while Moira listened and understood what I was looking for and needed, which is critical particularly when dealing remotely and with a time difference, as I was overseas. As a result, I have found when Moira calls or emails for a final go ahead on something, it is absolutely the approach I would have taken and a simple, smooth process.
Particularly given the nine-hours’ time difference – the communication and professionalism was outstanding. Using a mix of email, WhatsApp text and calls, as appropriate, to keep in touch, connected and updated. My dealings with Moira have also been enjoyable through the process. Moira’s ability to build rapport is one that I am sure is an asset with potential buyers and manage both clients on the vendor and the buyer side to get the best outcome for everyone.
