I first met Chris at an open house a few years ago and he has stayed in touch ever since, providing me updates on what has been happening in the market. He has always been 100% professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the local market and the wider context in all our dealings. We decided to sell in January but by the time we were ready to go to market, unfortunately the pandemic had started to affect the market. The timing couldn't have been worse, to be honest, but Chris was absolutely professional, diligent, honest and pragmatic throughout the process. We did not achieve the result we were after due to the pandemic but believe we achieved a much better result than we would have had we not been working with Chris. We highly recommend him.
