Shaun worked at seeking out potential buyers and cultivated those contacts resulting in 10 contracts being issued and 6 active bidders at the auction. The 'online' auction went smoothly and achieved an excellent result. He kept us fully informed during the campaign. Upon meeting Ercan, we were immediately impressed with his market knowledge and sales record. But not having sold a house in 20 years, it was Ercan's patience in explaining the process the us and his understanding of the stress and anxiety that is often involved in selling a house, that really drew us to him. He took the time to meet with us twice to explain Ray White's proposed marketing strategy, run through their potential buyers (including their extensive list of off-market buyers), and to offer assistance with property style and maintenance of the property prior to sale. We felt confident that the sale of our property was in good hands from day one, and we were not disappointed; Ercan obtained a strong result for us on auction day. All of the administrative tasks were easily managed with Ray White, right up until settlement day, removing a lot of the stress from the whole process. We recently sold a house in Sydney, and interviewed 3 agents to sell the house. Shaun's enthusiasm and can-do attitude was evident from the start and he did not disappoint. As we were still living overseas, Shaun took on the project manager role to coordinate the house being painted and staged, and also managed tradies who were doing minor repair jobs. Shaun kept us informed throughout, and during the sale campaign, regularly checked-in with us to provide updates. We sold the house under the hammer at auction which was a great result, being 2 days before real estate was shut off and Australia went into a semi-lockdown. This is a testament to Shaun's hard work!
