I first met Chris at an open house a few years ago and he has stayed in touch ever since, providing me updates on what has been happening in the market. We kept a really close eye on listings and sales in the months leading up to our decision to sell our property and decided, even before we met him, that Shaun would be the one to sell our property based purely on his activity in the area. When we finally decided to actively begin selling our property in March 2020, we had no idea what was to come with COVID-19 and the restrictions that followed. It was a tough campaign; open homes cancelled with single inspections only and lots of blood-hounds scouring the market. However, Shaun rose to the challenge and walked us through the process with so much confidence and reassurance.
