I approached Shaun out of casual interest to test the waters in the market. Within a day he had multiple buyers interested and within 2 weeks we'd exchanged contracts. I was in very good hands with Shaun and his team who are efficient and friendly. Shaun touched base frequently even for a short 20 second call to tell me a potential buyer revisited the house again. I like being kept in the loop and the team did this without me asking. Moira went beyond and created an extra homely feel by baking cookies on the first open house inspection! Winner! I first heard of Chris when he would call me every time there was a sale in my apartment building. At that time, I was renting out my place with Ray White but I definitely noticed his persistence in keeping up the calls even though there was no response/interaction from me. When it came time to sell the apartment, I reached out to the agent that sold me my current home but he was away on holidays. Chris was determined not to let the ball drop and followed up with me straightaway. When he couldn't reach me via phone, he sent an email and a text. What has impressed me most is the way he conducts himself, reassuring me when I had doubts, having the time and patience to answer all my questions and really just being a friend with his views and advice. Though the market was tough, he got a fair price for my apartment. When it comes time to sell my current home, there would be no one else I would consider. As a single mum, you can appreciate that trying to sell and purchase another property is pretty stressful. Shaun was great at being flexible and arrnged private inspections to accommodate my availability. He made the effort to visit me at my home becasue I have a one year old and it was difficlut for me to make frequent visits to the offices of Ray White. Shaun was in daily contact with me and my house sold within a week of the first open inspection. I didn't have to go to auction which was a relief for me. In addition, I found a unit that I liked and Shaun played an integral part in the purchase of my unit. He was in constant negoatiations with his collegaues. We will now have simultaneous settlements for both properties and I can't wait to move into my new unit! Thanks, Shaun.
