The fact that she could speak Cantonese & Mandarin was a bonus as we knew that the majority of the clients would be Chinese. We wouldn't have had any one else sell our house & her communication with us was great. After 4 weeks of open house & one offer we sold our house at Auction with 5 bidders. She spent a lot of time with me over the past few months helping me look for the perfect house and once I fell in love with this place she was more than willing to spend her time with me explaining everything comprehensively. What won me over with Owen was the time he took to meet with me and then again with my wife to explain his whole strategy to us. He used words we can understand and gave us different scenarios. I guess with the market when we sold, we couldn't really see Owen's true talent shine. I believe his major strength comes when there is a hot market and he has multiple buyers wanting the property. In the end he delivered an acceptable outcome but wasn't WOW. Owen is hard working and we were very close to taking the property off the market, glad we persisted in the end.

I have had the pleasure of buying my dream property handled by Jess Chia. I arrived at the open house an hour late thinking I would just be doing a drive by, however luckily she was still there and welcomed us in for a tour even though it was past the official open house time. She followed up this meeting that evening with a personal phone call to discuss the property further and arranged to meet again the following day (a Sunday, her day off) for a second walk through to accommodate the members of my family who were unavailable at the initial open house. She was incredibly efficient and had a signed contract with sellers in less than 36hours of my first visit to this property securing it for me. After the contract was signed she continued to be extremely helpful with answering any questions I had, no request was too small or large. She worked around the clock to fit in with the shift-working schedule that both the seller and I had, answered many calls even late at night and early in the morning. She even organized and liaised with owners for me in the purchase of furniture and appliances in the house – above and beyond! I am so pleased I was able to buy this property through Jess, she is a stellar agent and an absolute pleasure to work with. She is always smiling, hard working, efficient, competent and very clear with all communications.
