Jess was the first agent we interviewed & she talked to us for several hours. She has been in real estate for about 10 years & was very knowledgeable. What won me over with Owen was the time he took to meet with me and then again with my wife to explain his whole strategy to us. He used words we can understand and gave us different scenarios. I guess with the market when we sold, we couldn't really see Owen's true talent shine. I believe his major strength comes when there is a hot market and he has multiple buyers wanting the property. In the end he delivered an acceptable outcome but wasn't WOW. Owen is hard working and we were very close to taking the property off the market, glad we persisted in the end.
