I have had the pleasure of buying my dream property handled by Jess Chia. I arrived at the open house an hour late thinking I would just be doing a drive by, however luckily she was still there and welcomed us in for a tour even though it was past the official open house time. She followed up this meeting that evening with a personal phone call to discuss the property further and arranged to meet again the following day (a Sunday, her day off) for a second walk through to accommodate the members of my family who were unavailable at the initial open house. She was incredibly efficient and had a signed contract with sellers in less than 36hours of my first visit to this property securing it for me. After the contract was signed she continued to be extremely helpful with answering any questions I had, no request was too small or large. She worked around the clock to fit in with the shift-working schedule that both the seller and I had, answered many calls even late at night and early in the morning. She even organized and liaised with owners for me in the purchase of furniture and appliances in the house – above and beyond! I am so pleased I was able to buy this property through Jess, she is a stellar agent and an absolute pleasure to work with. She is always smiling, hard working, efficient, competent and very clear with all communications. I would highly recommend her as an agent to anyone wanting to sell a property and would look her up if I had to sell one day.

Jess gave it her all in helping us sell our place. She was very detailed in explaining the process of selling and showed lots of enthusiasm which we liked. She had sacrificed lots of her own personal time to make it convenient and possible for us to meet outside of working hours for discussions. She also constantly gave us updates to keep us informed of the progress. Very organised and lovely person to work with. She showed professionalism in her work.
