We just recently sold our property with Jess and Owen at Place Sunnybank. We had such a great experience and would definately recommend to our family and friends. Jess was amazing and kept us regularly updated with all aspects of our sale. Jess has such great communication, professionalism and is very very approachable and friendly. I have sold a few properties over the years and can honestly say I have never received the service this agency and Jess has delivered us. The recommendation by Owen and Jess of staging our property definitely paid off with a great price at sale. Thanks guys another happy customer.

We were very happy with the service and support of Owen Chen and the team from Place, Sunnybank, as they helped us through the process of selling my mother's house. Owen took the time and care to explain the whole marketing process, talking to us regularly and explaining progress at every stage. Marayka and Mia were outstandingly helpful and Mark, our auctioneer, took the time to ensure I was well prepared for auction day. After the sale at auction, Ping Han managed the contract completion to settlement, again clearly explaining every step and continually confirming my understanding. The entire team was patient, professional and reassuring throughout.

I have known Owen has a couple of years through buying and selling around the area. He has a good support from his team as well. As the client/seller, I have been well informed with the updates for each open home. The property is well marketed which resulted in good turn up at the auction. They have gone above the expectation by getting the Domain coffee truck which keep all the people happy. I had a chat with the new owner, they were happy with the result as well - win win situation for both the buyer and seller. I will certainly recommend Owen and his team for their service.

From our first meeting I was convinced that Owen Chen was going to do his best for me. He was unstinting in his time, even making a special visit while my son and daughter from interstate were present so that we all understood perfectly each stage of the sale process. I would also like to commend his staff who were friendly and helpful at all times. My thanks to you all. Jean Hill
