But Owen was very patient with me and stayed in touch with me even though I decided not to sell initially. I am glad that I have this opportunity to highlight the experience I have just had purchasing my first home with the assistance of Jess Chia. As a first home buyer the entire process was a big question mark for me. I never felt pressured at all and to say Jess was genuinely supportive and super responsive would be an understatement. Jess was wonderful assisting with my (numerous) questions throughout the process and I cannot commend Jess' work ethic enough. If everyone else's experience in dealing with Jess is half as positive and smooth as mine then I suspect she has a very auspicious career ahead of her - highly recommend having Jess by your side during the process.
