This agent and his team have contacts Australia wide and internationally. This agent is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done to get a home ready for sale. This agent was never pushy; he knew that when we were ready to sell we would use him as we considered him the best in the area. His Auctioneer Mark Frater is an important part of this agent's team.

Over the years ,Owen has been contracting us and keeping us updated with the market changes. When the time to sell came ,Owen was our first choice of Real Estate Agent. Place Sunnybank's marketing campaign together with Owen's existing buyer data base attracted 8 registered bidders and generated 52 biddings at auction. Owen's team and the auctioneer Mark did a very good job. They pushed the price all the way up and their public negotiation skills were impressive. Eventually our property was sold at auction at a price that we were very happy with. Owen is the most experienced and skilful agent in the Sunnybank area and I would highly recommended Owen and his team to anyone who wants to sell their property.

Owen helped us bought this house 4 years ago, we were impressed with his friendly approach. 4 years late, when our family decide to upgrade, we go back to Owen with hesitation. without doubt, Owen sold our house with a price that we are happy with, offers arrived , and the only thing we need to do is to pick the best offer, if you are thinking about selling in Sunnybank surrounding areas, Owen Chen is the agent to go to.
