Highly recommend Andy Guo & Owen Chen from Place Sunnybank to those thinking of buying in South side. They are super professional & consideration, very responsive & reliable. Willing to go extra miles to accommodate buyer’s actual requirements. They even rent out my investment property at no time. Big shout out to them from Place Sunnybank.

Andy used his marketing experience to get the best out of our property, advising us on presentation, staging and polishing up the house. Andy has a great work ethic and knows how to keep your house at the forefront. He also has a good network which is vital to selling a house. He is honest, respectful and a local area specialist and we strongly recommend him to other buyers

Pleasure and great experience with Jacky at Place. Open and timely communication, good local property knowledge and personalised end to end service. Most importantly, his and the team’s approach of dealing with multiple offers is very transparent and fair, in other words he allowed every buyer to put the best offer forward without favouritism. Highly recommend.

Andy Guo provided us with his professional knowledge of the area, we found him to be trust worthy, genuine and were delighted when he achieved a higher price than we expected. Throughout the sale Andy kept us informed and would highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of either buying or selling.
