Andy really took our best interests to heart and gave amazing advice and helped us achieve our dream price. Andy cares more than most agents could and is really easy to talk to and very professional. I would recommend Andy to anyone who is wanting to sell!

While preparing my house for sale I reviewed the 3 major agencies operating in Sunnybank Hills for about 3 months using realestate.com. I subsequently appointed Place without even talking to the other 2 agencies, a decision I don't regret. The photos and marketing material on realestate, com was excellent, I couldn't fault their dedication to working with everyone who expressed interest in the property and the Place auctioneer was clearly experienced and skilled, the energy in the room and numbers attending was a surprise to me. A good result reflective of my expectations based on my initial realestate.com review prior to appointing Place to sell my house. They get results

Been to many open house and auctions in Sunnybank and Sunnybank Hills area. Owen and his team from Place Sunnybank really stands out due to their large Number of quality listings and friendly staffs. Most important, their approach of dealing with multiple offers are very transparent and fair, in another words they allowed every buyer to put the best offer forward without play favouritism
