We bought the house from Owen and his team. From the first beginning, negotiating with Owen and the seller we felt it was a win win situation for both parties. Post sales service has been amazing. Owen, Andy and the rest of the Place Sunnybank team were very professional, kept me up to date at all times. They clearly articulated the Campaign strategy and options, gave detailed feedback on all the buyers and in particular ensured that my house sold at a price I was comfortable with. Thank you Owen and team for your hard work!

We bought our first family home from Owen Chen’s team, Owen communicated with the seller and made our dream come true. After the contract has formed, owen and his team continually provide high quality service by liaising with the bank , valuer, building and pest inspector, and the vendor regarding fixing some minor Issues about the house. He was always responsive to my questions to ensure a smooth transaction. First class service, friendly staff, highly recommended !
