Jodie is a true professional. She was constantly providing me feedback re the potential buyers who came through my house at Open Inspections. Jodie has a friendly and caring nature, and I felt that she had my best interests at heart at all times. I would highly recommend Jodie as your Real Estate agent if you want to get your house sold at the best possible market-value price and with the least amount of stress. Lenore

After we decided to sell our investment property, the thought of finding an agent who would look after our best interests left us anxious. We were recommended by a friend to check out McGrath at Caloundra and have not been disappointed. Jodie is so thorough, and clearly knows her market and how to work with people. She was very respectful of the tenants in our rental property and persistent and patient with the challenge we found with a depressed investor market and tenants locked into a long rental agreement. I could not fault Jodie in her communications and the whole process of selling our property. She is a wonderful lady to work with and that you can have complete trust that she is seeking the best outcome for all parties involved. Go with Jodie, you won't be disappointed!

Jodie and Natasha were very friendly and professional from start to finish. One of the reasons we chose Jodie is because she spoke to us honestly and did not belittle or talk down their competitors in order to gain customers, Jodie was always courteous and informative from the outset to completion. Jodie and Natasha were excellent, respecting our property at all times and giving feedback. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jodie she is a friendly, professional and approachable Agent Thanks Jodie and Natasha look forward to working with you again Michele and Linton

Selling or buying a house can be a daunting time in your life but not if you have a good team of wonderful and attentive people who can make the entire process less stressful. My husband and I consulted Jodie and her team (Natascha, Carrissa, Jenine) to help us sell our home. It was such a pleasurable experience to work with Jodie, Natascha, and rest of the team at McGrath. We found the Hedley-Ward and Drexel-Munro of McGrath Caloundra thoroughly professional, consultative, and joy to interact with from day one. A rather surprisingly quick sale of our house wouldn’t have been possible without this group of professional and knowledgeable team who understand the real estate market so well and at the same time have a good relationship with their clients, whether you are a seller or a buyer. We wouldn’t hesitate to sell our future homes with Jodie and Natascha. R and P

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Jodie! I definitely made the right decision when I chose Jodie to market and sell my property. Her knowledge of the market is excellent, and she made the whole process so easy and stress free. Jodie is so friendly and positive, and not at all pushy - a lovely combination of traits in an agent! Jodie had a contract on my home in record time (less than 48 hours) with an excellent price, and went above and beyond when little issues arose - she certainly did more than she needed to, and for that I am very grateful. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Jodie and her team, they are true professionals through and through, and I can not rate them highly enough. Thank you Jodie and Team!

Thank you Jodie and your team for always being so positive and friendly during the sale of our house. You worked hard to attract as many buyers as possible with a very satisfactory outcome during a difficult selling period.

Jodie listen to what my wife and I want to achieve and set a marketing plan in place to help us get the best result. Jodie and her support team were always very professional in their approach to both us and the customers. This was so reassuring to us after we experience a very bad agent when we purchased the home many years ago from another different agent. We would be happy to recommend Jodie and her team to other prospective sellers.

We had contacted other Real Estate agents but none were able to provide a comprehensive knowledge of the market that Jodie did. Her approach was professional and we were kept fully informed at all times. We would not hesitate to recommend or use Jodie’s expertise to sell in the future.
