Jodie was very friendly and genuine from start to finish. Jodie has a great knowledge of the Sunshine Coast and listened to our concerns. After chatting we felt very confident we had the best agent to sell our home. We sold very quickly and were very happy with the overall result. We would definitely have no hesitation in using Jodie again or recommending her.

I was very happy with the service I received from Jodie. The moment Jodie walked into my home I knew she had the passion to sell my much loved property. I happily recommend Jodie Hedley-Ward, Natascha & the team @ McGrath Realty Caloundra.

Thanks Jodie and team, especially Natascha, you really made our lives easier with your professionalism with a touch of heart and care factor added in there. You not only worked hard for us as the buyer but also looked out for your seller. Nothing was a problem, extra inspections, all questions answered and the purchase went through very smoothly. The gift basket when picking up the keys for our new home was unexpected but we were really appreciative. It's the little things you do that make this team a cut above the rest. Alex and Iris

I was very happy for Jodie Hedley-Ward and Anna Williams of McGrath, Caloundra, to facilitate the sale of my home on Kawana Island. Anna worked closely with me, kept me up to date on progress and was most helpful throughout the sale process. I would certainly use Jodie and Anna again.

When we saw Jodie's resume, sales track record, and marketing plan, we were impressed. But more than that, we hired Jodie because of her personal qualities. Jodie is a sincere person. She established rapport with us within a few minutes of our interview. She made us feel at ease. We then knew that she was the person we could work with. And we were not disappointed. She delivered what she confidently promised - the sale of the unit within a time frame that came as a pleasant surprise. The process was handled by her supportive and highly professional team. Thanks and more power to you and your team.

Jodie is the best agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Not only did she arrange a seamless sale of my property but also managed to sell a home formy buyer's contingency. From the time my home was listed to the settlement date was barely 2 months thanks to her communication and management skills. I would highly recommend Jodie to anyone.
