I put Jodie to test and explained what I expected from the sale of my home. She did exactly as she said she would, put forth an effective strategy, and her negotiating was excellent. I feel she earned every dollar of her commission and would recommend her to anyone. The saying is true, you get what you pay for, and what I got was professional service! Thank you Jodie!

Right from the get go Jodie and her team understood our property and how we wanted to present it to the market. Her contacts with a local stylist ensured our property stood out from the competition. We sold our house after 22 days on the market and we were very happy with the result! Highly recommend!

From introduction to celebration of a successful campaign our experience with Jodie Hedley-Ward selling our home has been nothing short of amazing! We have been given the upmost respect & professionalism all the way through our experience with McGrath Caloundra. Jodie was recommended to us by a friend and we feel very blessed today ~ our home was in Buderim and sold within a week of going to market for exactly what we hoped to achieve ~ THANK YOU Jodie 😃

Having worked in the industry myself it was important to me to find an agent whose values were similar to my own. Credibility, honesty and the ability to match buyers to the property are fundamental in achieving a successful sale. It is critical that the seller has absolute faith in their agent and from the first meeting with Jodie and her team we knew we were in good hands. While we had a place that was already very special - Anna, with her creative flair, added that little something extra that ensured our apartment was presented to its best advantage. The photography was amazing capturing the best features of our place which, in turn, created extraordinary interest on the internet. The whole process was extremely positive - culminating in Jodie's exceptional negotiating skills which resulted in us achieving a record price for our apartment. A great team which I am happy to recommend to you.
