Jodie and her colleague Anna were extremely accommodating of our wishes to see the property prior to open day, successfully negotiating with the owners to do so. They both were clear in their communication with us, not overinflating nor underselling the property. We enjoyed the process because of these two ladies! Thanks to Jodie and Anna!

The thought of selling a house can become a very stressful few months of your life. One of those stresses can be choosing the right agent. We chose Jodie and her team because of her proven record in selling homes quickly and efficiently in our area. From the initial meeting to the day of settlement communication was friendly, polite, informative and honest. Our home was sold within a week for a price we were very happy with. Negotiations went smoothly and everyone was happy. Jodie and her team are true professionals and we had no hesitation in referring them to our friends who wanted to put their house on the market. Jodie and Alison went out of their way to make sure that our villa purchase was done as smoothly as possible. Jodie and Alison handled everything as top professionals. I also felt that they knew the market extensively. Everything Jodie said about the positives in our villa has turned out to be more than true. We also asked an extra favour from them and they didn’t hesitate to cover the cost for it. I can’t imagine anyone not being fully satisfied with these young professionals and their agency.
