"Prior to placing our home on the market, we were met with the daunting task of selecting the "Right Agent" and the "Right Marketing Plan". After reviewing various local agents both on-line via realestate.com.au and the Property Review for some weeks, Dan and I telephoned a couple of local agents who appeared to have a "presence" in the Kawana Forrest/Meridan Plains area, with both agents coming to see us after hours. After our first meeting with Jodie, we immediately felt confident and comfortable and believed Jodie held the right market knowledge and experience to market our home. A vital and key aspect we were looking for in an agent was high level negotiation skills - we wanted to ensure the agent working for us was not afraid to have the "tough" discussions with potential buyers to firstly qualify the buyer and secondly to achieve the best possible sale price. The first day our home was advertised on realestate.com.au, were were advised within the first couple of hours, Jodie had received more than a dozen enquiries as to when prospective buyers could inspect our home. After the first weekend of 'Open Home', Sunday night Jodie was sitting with us once again, after hours, presenting multiple offers. A contract of sale was signed that night!
