From the moment we first met Leo he impressed us with his thorough research of comparable houses on the market. He also took the time to identify some of the cosmetic things we needed to address and had his trades in the afternoon we engaged him. He took the time to walk through the jobs with them and physically checked in on progress throughout the week. The photographers did an amazing job and the house was advertised the following day. Leo secured a buyer following a single open house, with the contract signed within 4 days! Leo is hard working and incredibly professional, whilst a genuinely lovely person. We can’t recommend Leo and his team enough to anyone looking to sell their house!
