The best agent we have dealt with hands down. Emil and the NGU team sold our investment for absolute TOP price. We cannot commend them enough on the effort and time they spent on our campaign. Communication was constant and we were informed every single step of the way. A house 2 doors down which we feel is a better home sold for $200k less than hours in the exact same month we sold. We cannot thank Emil enough for changing our lives with how much he has helped with the sale of our home.

We are based overseas, thanks Leo to help us with the sale. Leo had done a great job to get the land sold at the record price in a challenging market. Thanks Leo!

Second time we have used NGU in a year and again they just got on with the job and got the property sold. Despite not being a dominant name in my area we appreciated their fast call to action and the marketing that they undertook. We still see signs from local realestate agents with the words 'For Sale' for weeks/months on end after initial listing. I was concerned as to how stale some local agents can get. I no longer feel a local agent is necessarily best as NGU have such a strong market reach.

We just sold our house through Leo from NGU. We are very impressed with his excellent customer service. What stands out the most about Leo for us is the smooth process he runs from start to signing of our contract and beyond. He kept us updated at all times which was very reassuring. We felt really comfortable putting our trust in him to sell our home. He is very patient and he listened and understood our needs - and most importantly got us a really good price. We we would highly recommend Leo to anyone who wants to sell their home. Thank you Leo for everything

Leo is the best real estate agent I have ever seen! Leo is passionate about his work and is sincere and responsible for his clients. His positive and serious work attitude left a deep impression on us! He is a trusted man and we are honored to entrust him as our real estate agent. Even though the market started to go lower, he still surprised us with his professionalism and excellent sales ability, and the transaction price exceeded our expectations. Given the opportunity, we would not hesitate to recommend Leo to our friends and family as he will never let you down!

Leo delivered a first rate campaign and got the result he promised. He maximised every dollar that he could get for us. Especially in this new market whereby our potential buyers were extremely cautious and constrained by new mortgage borrowing power restrictions. Thank you Leo, we really appreciate your effort, hard work, and never give up attitude, and delivering an amazing result!!
