Emil and his team truly earn the title of the elite team! Spoke to Emil 9pm Friday night. He had a team there Saturday and the house was listed same day, Sunday and Monday open Homes and multiple written offers Monday night and signed by 8pm same day for way more than expected! While so many other agents simply 'talk the talk', Leo & his team 'walk the walk'. Leo is a straight shooter with a determination & honesty not always found in the real estate game. Leo told us upfront what he expected we could sell our property for & he never wavered. When our property failed to sell at auction, Leo really stepped things up. He never once suggested reducing the price (as so many agents have with us in the past). A week later he had 4 interested parties & managed to secure us a great cash unconditional offer.
