It wasn’t an easy process but Leo did his best to close the deal. Wouldn’t have sold it without him. Will consider him again for future sales. As for whether we’ll regret selling, only time will tell :)

Nhan did a very professional job on both selling and buying of our house. Responded to questions within no time. Even at night time! Also he provided helpful and professional advices such as how to represent things better… And he is confident and passionate. We are very happy and satisfied with his services.
Nhan Tran
Nhan was professional, understanding and always available when I requested. Nhan worked diligently and ethically to sell my property but above all did not put any pressure on me to accept offers I was less than happy with.

I have dealt with many agents over the years and have found Nhan to be outstanding. Calls were always returned and I was kept up to date several times each week. Nahn was always keen to work with everyone to create a low stress and fully informed process. Great agent and all round nice guy. Highly recommend!

Emil and his team were the absolute best. Nothing was too hard and they went the extra mile to achieve our sale. We thank you for helping us achieve our dream. Extra thanks to Nhan and Chi for your tireless work through some interesting negotiations. :) xx

Emil was a breath of fresh air from most realestate agents I’ve dealt with. He has a way of dealing with people and getting results that I never thought possible. His team never wasted my time with offers they knew I wouldn’t take and never pressured me into just getting a sale. NGU are highly recommend.

Emil and his team delivered a swift sale on our family home. The digital team did a great job on photos, film and drone. Getting it done in record time! Thanks NGU for going above and beyond!

Leo’s professionism is beyond doubt, like any other top agent. What stands him out is his active engagement and attention to every detail. We highly recommend this agent who is truly an indispensable asset in this industry.

Leo is very Honest and hardworking. His communication was consistent and straight to the point - he put multiple offers in front of my and always gave me the option to accept, counter or decline. He never gave up and got the deal done!

Professional, transparent and committed, Emil takes the stress out of what can be a very stressful process. What a delight it was dealing with you and the result you achieved in 5 days, especially after experiencing first hand the lies and pressure tactics with another agency. Emil and the team thank you so much on behalf of my wife and myself.
