Honest and trust worthy
Honest and trustworthy. Gave a good indication what the sale price would be and got just that. Smooth and easy process dealing with the Marando team.

100% recomend Roy and his team.
This was our first time selling our old run down family home to downsize for my mother. Roy was so accomodating to our needs, listened to our concerns and gave us a realistic price guide. He was great to work with giving us clear steps and guiding us on what is a very stressful process of selling a house. Providing valuable information and recommendations on desicion making. At no point did we feel pressure or have any surprises during the sale. Would 100% recommend Roy and his team in taking care of your house needs.
