Irene was the vendor's agent for a property my Husband and I recently purchased. Irene was a pleasure to deal with. She is warm, helpful, responsive and is not pushy. Irene was able to give us insights into what similar/comparable properties in the area sold for and pointed out how the property we purchased may differ. Irene was also a great help in pushing other stakeholders along and made access for inspections a breeze. We would highly recommend her. Many thanks again, Irene !
