WE CANT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH OF ROY AND HIS TEAM. WE ARE AN ELDERLY COUPLE AND DURING COVID, ROY WOULD CALL AND CHECK THAT WE WERE OK AND IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING. AFTER LIVING IN OUR HOME FOR 59 YEARS IT WAS A BIT OF A UNKNOWN SITUTAION TO BE SELLING OUR FAMILY HOME. ROY MADE THE PROCESS STRESS FREE AND ASSURED US THAT ALL WOULD BE OK. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING FOR US IN TERMS THAT WE UNDERSTOOD. THE HOUSE WAS ON MARKET FRIDAY AND THE NEXT DAY (SATURDAY) WAS OPEN HOUSE AND DEPOSIT TAKEN. WE WERE MORE THAN HAPPY WITH THE PRICE.
