My first impression when meeting Irene was that I was going to be dealing with a happy, friendly and helpful person. She was very easy to talk to and importantly didn't overpromise the world like most agents do but instead laid out a factual, realistic plan and timeline. Over the next few weeks, many more of her qualities became evident. Her great experience, knowledge and professionalism were easily noticeable. She constantly stayed connected and was always easily accessible. Even the little things like punctuality reflected her attitude. As you can tell, I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Irene, which I have to friends already and we would not use anybody else in future.
