I was extremely happy with my agent. We met impromptu to get a feel for the market and discuss more importantly my expectations for my property. Having lived in this family home for some 22 years I must admit there were a few tweaks that needed to be done prior to listing. Roy suggested a few improvements which I didn’t hesitate to make.
